Project Manager:

Works with the site project manager to develop and execute a plan that results in an on time, on budget project; conducts scheduled meetings and issues weekly progress reports that document next steps and identify concerns; keeps executive sponsors informed and implements change orders if circumstances demand adjustments to the established plan.  

Business Analyst:

Works with site business users to understand requirements and incorporate them into the Functional Design; after sign-off, guides business users in the proto-cycle development process insuring ergonomic quality, functional clarity and adherence to project scope; unit tests applications releasing them for project team testing; prepares and participates in the System Test Plan; prepares user documentation; trains the trainers.

Developer:

Works with the analyst to develop and modify proto-cycle applications in response to suggestions; upon acceptance, ‘industrializes’ the applications and workflows to insure that user errors or omissions are handled gracefully; completes detailed design specifications; corrects problems during unit, system and user acceptance tests; conducts code reviews with site resources.

System Administrator:

Works with the site technical staff to insure proper configuration for anticipated volume; installs and configures component and eiStream software; develops procedures and documentation for daily and periodic maintenance; oversees database design, archival storage and retrieval strategies; trains the site technical staff.
